• Grants are awarded at the sole discretion of the Foundation based on alignment with mission, available funding, and review criteria.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee funding.

• Grant recipients may be required to enter into a grant agreement outlining use of funds and reporting expectations.

• Advisory Council members serve in a non-governing, advisory capacity only and do not exercise fiduciary authority.
