Adam Safir brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and entrepreneurial leadership to the field of public safety innovation. With early career experiences at Sony Corporation and in the M&A Transactions Group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Mr. Safir has spent the last 25 years building and advising companies that serve public safety, security and defense. This includes senior operating roles at SafirRosetti (sold to Global Options Group) and Vigilant Analytics (sold to IXP) where he directed each firm’s operations and executed their acquisition strategies. Mr. Safir has also worked as a problem solver on select assignments security, forensic, due diligence and business intelligence assignments throughout the world.

Mr. Safir is currently the Co-Founder and President of SWORN AI, a technology platform dedicated to improving the health, readiness, and wellbeing of first responders, and a founding partner of SKL Capital Partners, an operator-led investment firm focused on defense and security. His commitment to service extends to his community, where he serves on the board of Safe and Sound Schools, as a member of the Ridgefield Public Safety Facilities Committee and a volunteer for the Saint Joseph’s Parenting Center. Through his work with the foundation, Mr. Safir carries forward the values instilled by his father, Howard Safir, and his mother, Carol Safir - a family tradition of protecting communities and empowering those who serve them.
